Inside, The Amelia has a king-size loft master bedroom, a secondary queen to the king loft bedroom, and space for a pull-out sofa in the living room. The lofts have privacy slat walls and ladders for easy access. The full main floor living room features a flex space that could be used as an eating nook. The custom cabinetry includes drawer storage and trending horizontal wood grain, a signature pull-out pantry, and soft-close doors and drawers.
The built-in appliances include a Furrion Propane Range with a pot drawer below, a stainless space-saving microwave (OTR), and a 7 cu. ft. fridge. The white apron front farmhouse sink has a black Kohler pull-down faucet with a multi-spray option, and there is a large pass-through window onto the exterior living area.
