The Mountain Park (391 Sq Ft)
If you're looking to go tiny but have concerns about the legality of a tiny house on wheels, you could always opt for one of the original methods of tiny house living: the park model home!
This park model house, named the "Mountain Park", has just 391 sq ft of space but is built to the federal building code for manufactured housing, as set out by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development.
The Mountain Park measures 15' feet wide and 30'5" in length. There's also a rather spacious front porch which brings the total length of the house up to 40'6". Its interior features a simple and practical layout that's perfect for a single dweller or couple.
