The Urban Craftman By Handcrafted Movement
This is only the third tiny home from Handcrafted Movement, but they've already established themselves as one of the leaders of master craftsmanship in the tiny house movement.
Named the "Urban Craftsman", the home is built on a 26' double-axle trailer with 290 sq ft of space inside. The home is made at Handcrafted Movement's workshop near Portland, Oregon, where the company's owners pride themselves on building quality, handmade homes.
The home's exterior is composed of a board and batten siding with Pacific Red cedar, and a seam metal roof. It comes equipped with a standard RV hookup for the home's electricity and a tankless propane water heater.
Inside the home is a cozy living room outfitted with a sofa, electric fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen has a fridge, four-burner propane range and cooktop, a hood fan, and oak butcherblock countertops. There's also two lofts in the home; one of which is large enough to hold a queen-size bed and has an operable skylight.
The Urban Craftsman also comes powered with LED lighting throughout the home, and features an oak herringbone floor that took 80 hours to install!
The home is currently available for sale for $72,000 with everything pictured except for the sofa.
