Known as the "Smart House", the home is a beautiful 303 sq ft tiny house with a contemporary design. Built on a triple-axle trailer, the home has a cedar and painted pine exterior with a black metal roof.
Inside the home is a fairly spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, loft bedroom, and a second loft space for storage.
