The Novio From Ma Maison Logique (210 Sq Ft)

The Novio is a 210 sq ft tiny house from Canadian tiny house builder, Ma Maison Logique.

The home measures 8'6" wide and 22' long with 150 sq ft of space on the main floor and 60 sq ft in the loft. There's a loft bedroom with room for a queen, a living and dining room, a kitchen with a 13 ft long counter, and a bathroom. There's also a bench in the living room and doubles as a storage space!

Designed and built in Kamouraska, Quebec, the Novio is available for sale for $68,000 CAD (about $51,605 USD).
