The Lookout Tiny House (299 Sq Ft)

Pictured here is the home voted "Best in Show" at the 2016 Tiny House Jamboree: The Lookout.

The home is the newest model from Tiny House Chattanooga. The space measures 299 sq ft and is currently available for sale (with financing options available) for $84,000.

The Lookout made its debut at the Tiny House Jamboree where its stunning interior wowed attendees and made it a fan favourite. The home has one loft bedroom with high enough ceilings that you can stand upright. There's also a full kitchen, a bathroom, a raised living room, and plenty of storage throughout the home.

It was featured here on Tiny House Town last month but has since had a few finishing touches added which are pictured here.
