The Kropf Island Series Home

Named the "Kropf Island Series", this tiny house on wheels measures just under 400 sq ft.

It’s spacious enough to sleep up to eight people. The home comes with a full kitchen with an island, a full bathroom with a shower, and high ceilings at 11-feet tall. There are also two sleeping lofts, and a master bedroom.

The Kropf Island Series is currently retailing for $65,000. There are also owners of this home who have gone on to add a screened patio to the home for an additional $15,000 to $20,000 if you'd like an option for some extra outdoor space.
