The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop and a 3/4 size 24" fridge. Combo washer/dryer hookups are available.

The bathroom offers a 48" x 34" shower pan and inserts with various tile options. It includes a 30" vanity with a drop-in or vessel sink. The bathroom features a pocket or swing door and a round-bowl gravity flush toilet. There are also connections available for an alternative toilet option.
