The cabin itself is a handmade open-air sleeping cabin, nestled within a forested grove on the Tanglebloom Flower Farm. It provides a unique and elevated camping experience, where you can immerse yourself comfortably in nature. The cabin measures 10'x10' and features screened walls to let in the refreshing breeze while keeping insects out. Its transparent roof allows for stargazing and spotting fireflies, adding to the enchanting atmosphere. You can unwind on the covered porch, savoring a morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or delving into a captivating book.
Inside the cabin, a cozy full-size bed adorned with seasonal linens awaits you, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with WiFi access, a small fridge, running hot water (available during frost-free weather from May to late September), and a propane single-burner cooktop. You can choose to prepare meals on the grill over the fire pit or indulge in no-cook picnic options. Alternatively, you can explore the nearby local eateries, just a short 5-10 minute drive away.
For a refreshing bathing experience, an outdoor hot shower is available (during frost-free weather, approximately May to late September). Additionally, the cabin offers a wood-fired hot tub, allowing you to relax and soak in the serenity of the surroundings throughout the year. The clean and easy-to-use composting outhouse ensures convenient restroom facilities.
While the outdoor kitchen provides WiFi access, please note that cell service may be spotty, with AT&T offering the best coverage. It's important to keep in mind that this is an off-grid experience with limited electricity and no heating.
