The newest build from Modern Tiny Living is one you’ll be able to try out for yourself! Named the “Kitty Hawk”, the home was built for River Twine; a tiny house resort in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

The Kitty Hawk is based on The Point, an earlier model from MTL. However, this one has a different design inside with a color theme of yellow and white throughout the home! Not just beautiful, the home makes the most out of it's 20’ x 8.5’ size with a full bathroom, living room, king-sized loft, and a kitchen!

Interested in trying out the Kitty Hawk for a few nights? It’ll be available soon for around $129 a night. Or for a more long-term stay, you can order your own from Modern Tiny Living where units start at $64,000!
