Named the “Cayman” the home exudes style and functionality. Inside are knotty pine T&G walls, painted white to make the home feel bright and airy. The kitchen features high-end energy efficient appliances including an apartment-sized refrigerator, a propane cooktop range and stove, and a hood vent. There’s also 8’ of butcher block countertops and a stainless steel kitchen sink with a pull-down faucet.

The bathroom includes a 36” vanity cabinet with a porcelain sink, a dual-flush toilet, and a 36”fiberglass shower. The Cayman also has two bedrooms; a master bedroom accessible by stairs and a second loft bedroom accessible by a ladder.
