Confluence Modular Home By IdeaBox (918 Sq Ft)

If you're a fan of modular homes then you'll love IdeaBox; a company based in Salem, Oregon, that specializes in modular homes. Their homes feature small but functional layouts with a beautiful design, inside and out.

Pictured here is the "Confluence": a two-bedroom, two-bathrom home with 918-sq-ft of space. The bedrooms are located on either side of the home with 30-ft of kitchen and living space in the middle. There's also high ceilings and plenty of window space which gives the home a bright and airy feel.

The exterior of the home is clad in montana timber siding with 8' sliding glass doors.

The price for the home is $139,100, which reflects federal codes. According to IdeaBox, you should factor in an extra $10,000-15,000, depending on your jurisdiction, for various municipal fees.
