The Centipede From Utopian Villas

The Centipede: a tiny house that's truly tiny. The home may be just 100-sq-ft, but it's a lot more liveable and functional than you might think!

The home's all wood interior features a kitchenette, a sofa, a retractable kitchen table, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are even two lofts- a bedroom and a storage loft- that are accessible by a rolling ladder.  You can also opt in for an off-grid option to make the home self-sustainable!

The Centipede was originally designed by Robinson Residential Designs, the same company that created the Dragonfly. However, the home is now available for order and sale from Utopian Villas of Oak Creek, Wisconsin with a starting price of $39,824!
