12’ x 16’ Modern Kwik Room

The 12’ x 16’ Modern Kwik Room is built by Kanga Room Systems and located in Waco, TX. These rooms can be utilized as an extra sleeping room, a game room or even a quiet room, but this specific model has been designed as an office!

There is a large L-shaped desk on the left side of this room, and 2 office chairs sit underneath it. The additional space underneath the desk, as well as the space to the right of the desk, is used to store office equipment (i.e. printer, fax, etc.) and supplies.

Even with an accent chair and artist’s canvas in the room, there is still plenty of space left for additional furnishings!
