The Derby House (380 Sq Ft)

Definetly one of the most unique tiny houses I've ever seen is this 380 sq ft tiny house from Tiny House Nation!

Nicknamed the "Derby House", the home was built for a young couple looking to go tiny for "financial freedom" and wanted a space that would reflect their love of horse racing- hence the home's name. The hosts of Tiny House Nation worked with Tiny House Building Company, LLC, to create a truely unique home. The downstairs level of the home features a home library, a kitchen, and bathroom.

Upstairs are two loft spaces. One of the lofts doubles as a bedroom and dining room. The other loft space houses the home's laundry facilities.
