The Countryside By 84 Lumber (203 Sq Ft)
Named The Countryside, the home is the largest tiny home available from the company so far at 203 sq ft. It's built on a steel trailer that comes equipped with radial tires, safety breaks, and leveling jacks. The exterior is made from cedar with a rustic look, and a roof composed of asphalt and recycled fibers.
Inside The Countryside is a cozy, open layout with bamboo flooring and cathedral ceilings. Its kitchen features butcher block countertops, bar-style dining, a fridge, stainless steel sink, induction stovetop, and cabinets. Inside the bathroom is a full-sized shower, a composting toilet, and a vanity in front of the sink.
Into the loft, via stairs that double as storage, is a bedroom with room for a queen-sized bed. There's also three operable windows and storage hidden in the loft's floors.
The Countryside also comes equipped with a ductless heating and cooling system, a tankless water heater, 36-gallon freshwater tank, and a daybed with hidden storage.
You can purchase the home turnkey ready for $79,884. There's also a semi-finished option for $31,884, or you can buy a trailer and plans for the home for $6,884.
