Dubbed the "Rookwood Cottage", the 8' x 20' home features a shed dormer and hardwood flooring throughout the space. Its layout includes two lofts, a living room, a kitchen with plenty of storage, and a bathroom. There's also a mini split system to heat and cool the home as needed.
