Modern California Guesthouse (364 Sq Ft)

A charming, modern guesthouse in San Rafael, California, that's every bit as beautiful and functional as a traditional home.

This guesthouse is actually a prefab home that was ordered from Modern Shed. The 364 sq ft space has an open layout to make the home feel roomier than it really is, with an interior described as "Moroccan meets Scandinavian". Its layout includes a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a table that serves as a kitchen island, dining table, and desk as needed. There's also porcelain tiling and heated floors in the bathroom!
