The home spans 8' x 25'6" and has an interior size of 204 sq ft. It's built onto a gooseneck trailer with cypress shiplap siding, a 40-year metal roof, and a porch. Inside the home is a pine interior with a kitchen, master bedroom, living room, dining space, and bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, three-burner stove, and a range hood exterior vent. The living room has a sleeper sofa with built-in storage.
The home also comes equipped with a comfort control center, a propane tank, woven wood shaded on the doors and windows.
