The Otter House (58 Sq Ft)

Check out this 58 sq ft houseboat, the second smallest home we've featured after this 45 sq ft desert retreat in Arizona.

This quaint houseboat named The Otter House, is an Airbnb property you can rent in Colonial Beach, Virginia. It's right on the water and offers a fantastic view of the sunsets.

The home measures 11'6" long and 5'11" wide. According to Curbed, it was previously an abandoned boat the otters had taken over before being restored.

The Otter House is available for rent from April to October. There's no bathroom on the boat but there are amenities in the marina. There's also wifi available, LED lighting, and the home is powered by solar panels.
