Tiny Marta From Sanctuary Tiny Homes

A new tiny house builder from Orlando, Florida, has recently debuted their first model, Tiny Marta.

Built by Sanctuary Tiny Homes, a NOAH-certified builder, Marta was designed to feel open and spacious despite having just 216 sq ft of space! There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bathroom with a composting toilet, living room, dining table, and loft bedroom.

Marta also comes well insulated with closed-cell spray foam insulation. There's also a mini-split system to regulate the home's temperature.

The home is currently available for sale, fully furnished, for $59,900.
