Mid-Century Modern Tiny Home (170 Sq Ft)
The home's exterior features a beautiful mid-century modern look composed of painted Azek panels, clear cedar accents, and a Galvalume metal roof.
Inside the home is cork flooring, birch plywood wall panels, and LED lighting throughout. The home has a murphy bed, which also doubles as a sofa, cleverly stored out-of-sight next to storage space. There's also a loft space, accessible by a ladder.
The home also comes equipped with a number of appliances, including a two-burner propane cooktop, an on-demand water heater, a mini split system, and an LG washer/dryer combination.
The bathroom features a composting toilet, and a stainless steel shower with a removable cedar floor and a double shower head.
The home is currently available for sale in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, for $48,000.
