The home measures 26 ft long, 8.5 ft wide, and has an interior size of 264 sq ft.
The home has a kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a living room, bathroom, a ground floor bedroom, loft space, and Pergo flooring throughout the space. The living room features a craftsman-made sofa, a custom-built wall that holds a flat screen TV, and a "fireplace insert" with a heater.
The ground floor bedroom is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed. There's also a washer/dryer combination, USB outlets, and a ceiling fan. To create extra storage space, the bed folds up to reveal 64 sq ft of space to store stuff.
The home is available for sale near Fresno, California, for $60,000.
