The Retirement Tiny House

Pictured here is the "Retirement Tiny House" from Tiny Home Builders. The home has a single-floor layout for those who don't want to climb a ladder or go up stairs to access a loft bedroom. The home has a kitchen, a living room, a bar-styled dining table, a bathroom, and a small storage loft. It's about 20 ft long and perfectly towable.

Accorinding to Tiny Home Builder's website, completed models are currently unavailable due to back orders. But there are basic shell and standard shells available, offered in sizes ranging from 12 ft to 28 ft in length.  You can find more info on sizing and pricing here.

There's also plans available for sale for $347.
