Freedom From Minimalist Homes (300 Sq Ft)
This model, named "Freedom", measures 40 ft long, 8 ft wide and 9.5 ft high. Its interior size is about 300 sq ft.
The home features hardwood floors throughout the space, a full kitchen with granite countertops, a bathroom, bedroom, and a high-efficiency heating/cooling system. There's also LED lighting and a washer/dryer combination.
The Freedom's delivered price is $70,000 and its installed price is $80,000. The homes are available for sale out of Milford, Michigan (right in between Detroit and Lansing).
