Remodelled 188 SQ FT Airstream
To simplify their lives and live more affordably, this couple, named George and Melanie Gnau, bought a 1978 Airstream trailer and remodeled it into a home. They bought the trailer for $5,000 and spent an additional $1,500 and 3 months to convert it into a home.
Measuring just 188-sqaure-feet, the home sits on wooded land George’s parents own in North Carolina.
They provide regular updates of life in their home through their blog, A Small Life.
