The Pecan Tiny House
The home is made by Perch and Nest, a company based near Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The company specializes in small living spaces, primarily tiny houses and cottages under 1,000 square feet, that can be made within 8 weeks of ordering.
The Pecan's kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, an induction cooktop, and cabinet space. There's also a living room, bathroom, and loft bedroom with room for a queen-sized bed.
The home is fully insulated, can be delivered to most places, and is available for sale for $45,000.
