The Tack House: a 140 SQ FT Tiny Home in Washington

Situated in the hills of Everett, Washington, is this 140 sq ft tiny house.

The home is built on a 7' x 20' trailer. It has a loft bedroom, a living and dining area, a kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of windows to let natural light in.

The couple who built and own the home say the house took about 800 man hours to complete, and cost somewhere between $15,000 to $20,000.

You can actually spend a few night in this house. It's available on Airbnb for $120 a night.

Plans for this house can be purchased from the owners' website for $175.
